Our trailers are 7′ x 16′ with a 14,000 lb capacity — roughly equivalent to 5–6 pickup truck loads. That’s typically enough for a full garage cleanout, a small remodel, a roof tear-off on an average home, or an estate cleanout.
Your rental covers up to 2 tons at the landfill. Anything beyond that is billed at $95 per additional ton, based on the certified scale ticket from the disposal facility. Heavy materials like shingles, concrete, dirt, and brick add up fast, so let us know in advance if that’s what you’re loading and we’ll help you plan.
Standard rentals are customer-loaded, which keeps the price down. If you’d rather not do the heavy lifting, we offer full-service loading – our crew shows up and loads everything for you. Pricing starts at $75/hour and depends on volume and job type.
We can’t accept hazardous materials of any kind: chemicals, fuel or oil, liquid paint, medical or biohazard waste, asbestos, explosives, or ammunition. Some items are accepted but carry an extra disposal fee because of Florida landfill requirements — tires, mattresses and box springs, refrigerators and AC units, electronics, roofing shingles, concrete and dirt, railroad ties, treated lumber, and propane tanks. Just tell us what you’ve got and we’ll quote it upfront.
Extra days are $45/day, and you can extend at any point during your rental — just call. If you fill up mid-project, our dump-and-return service empties the trailer and puts it right back on your site for $250 plus disposal fees.
Contractors running ongoing work can rent at discounted rates with automatic renewal, and we offer discounts for multiple trailers.
